Kiki is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in venture capital, investment, incubation, and management across Asia and North America. At HKSTP, Kiki was leading the development of one of the largest startup ecosystems in the region, guiding the development of 1000+ technology entrepreneurs and startups that range from seed stage to global scale-up unicorns out of various grant-based programs and equity-taking schemes. As the former General Manager of MTR Lab, Kiki oversaw corporate venture capital investment and startup incubation for MTR. Kiki also serves as the Management Committee Member of Construction Innovation and Technology Fund and Chairperson of Entrepreneurship Committee, Smart City Consortium.

A seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience supporting technology companies across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Recognised for strategic vision and resilience in navigating startup financial complexities, with broad expertise spanning finance and capital structure, HR leadership, legal and compliance, data analytics and operations. Career highlights include serving as Group CFO of Welab, VP Finance & Strategy of iClick, and Director of Operations of Yahoo!, with roots as an auditor at PwC. Holds an EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST, alongside CPA and CFA qualifications.

With over 30 years of experience in technology, product management, startups, and company leadership, William held senior roles at leading tech and telecom firms such as IBM, New World Telecom, and Wharf T&T, overseeing operations, internal incubation, and M&A activities. William also founded and invested in multiple companies in Canada and Hong Kong, achieving successful exits, and established Vental, a startup training and incubation group collaborating with HKSTP and universities in Hong Kong.

With over 30 years of experience in early-stage investment, corporate venture capital, and business development across the Asia Pacific, Johnnie specializes in scaling technology ventures. Currently, he is a Consultant for Econic Technologies Ltd., managing their Asia Pacific business activities. His extensive background includes leadership roles at HKUST, MTR Lab, and BASF Venture Capital, where he spearheaded significant investment and incubation initiatives. Johnnie holds an MBA from HKUST and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.

Dr. David Zhong
David holds a Ph.D. of Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with over 15 years of experience in high-end equipment hardware development. He is the Co-founder and CTO of several startups, specializing in metal 3D printing, semiconductors, and machine vision equipment. Also former Head of Technology Venture Investment at Kaisa Group, Investment Director at Phoenixtree Capital and KMAX Accelerator, and CXO Program Mentor at Blue Bay Incubator. David participated in the evaluation of over 500 equity investment projects, with the funded enterprises securing more than 1 billion yuan in financing.

Abraham is a seasoned investment and business development professional with over 15 years of cross-border experience in electric vehicles and advanced manufacturing. A CFA charterholder and former autonomous driving engineer, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and investment acumen. His career spans BYD's Asia-Pacific expansion, early-stage EV supply chain investing, and spearheading DST New Energy Vehicles Network's first international joint venture with Singapore's SMRT. Most recently, he co-founded EV Global Port, securing its inaugural major international automaker partnership.
